DisikSkin is not responsible for lost/ damaged packages. There may sometimes be damaged packages when opting for the Mauritius Post Service so to be 100% safe, DisikSkin therefore recommends you opt for the Home Delivery service.
DisikSkin does not accept order cancellations before or after the order has been shipped. Everyone's order is packaged in the same order the orders were placed!
DisikSkin does not accept order returns or exchanges after products are posted and dispatched, there are Covid 19 precautionary reasons!
If the shipment is already sent out and ended up lost, that is out of DisikSkin control. As stated above, " DisikSkin is not responsible for lost/ damaged packages."
Postage & Dispatch Time?
DisikSkin will post your order within:
2 - 5 days on a normal postal delivery &
1 – 2 days on a home delivery basis.
On a Normal Postal Delivery, there might sometimes have delays at the post office.
On a Home Delivery Basis, you will receive your order within 48 hours at your doorstep.
-From the moment we post your order, we can no longer speed up the delivery process. The delivery will depend fully on the Post Office or on the Delivery company. It remains out of our control to specify when you will receive your parcel. Delays can happen.
NOTE THAT THERE IS A MAXIMUM OF 2 DAYS PROCESSING TIME FOR YOUR ORDER BEFORE PROCESSING IT!
Package Sent Back?
This happened due to an insufficient address, when filling out at check out you must include your FULL address, don't forget your house/apt/unit/etc.
To have items resent to the buyer after it has been returned to the sender, there is an additional shipping fee.
DisikSkin is not responsible for insufficient addresses submitted by the consumer.
DisikSkin has the right to refuse service and ban people from shopping with Disik.
If the Address Mistake was made before a consumer receives their confirmation email they still have the opportunity to fix and correct their address by contacting DisikSkin. The Consumer has 2 days to reach out, otherwise, there's no further action that can be done to resolve the issue.
DisikSkin is not responsible for any allergies/injuries. Ingredients and Direction of use are listed within every product description! All products are made in a sanitized, and clean area, and cleansed after production!
